Ask for extended hours on services such as Nail, Hair, Facials and Massage. Table Massage appointments are scheduled only during quiet times.

 

Note:  We close on major holidays (December 25, 26 and January 1). Thursday is one day that if we have to close due to service availability, we will. So if you are unsure about us being open Thursday, please call ahead.

Gift Certificate Information:

 

We do have gift certificates here. Come in and purchase them during business hours.  If you'd like it to be mailed, please call during regular work hours and we can send it out thru usps mail or have it ready for pick up.  Natural Solutions can offer group rates for local businesses thru our gift certificate program.

 

Return Information:

 

Natural Solutions will accept any unused product as long as proof of purchase is provided from our business for either a full refund or product exchange. We do not accept returns for purchases beyond 30 days. For any item that is defective, please call the manager and arrange for the return/exchange. Ask for Jennifer Reed please. 330-337-0703.

 

If you have purchased online at our www.bewellstaywell.com site, please follow the instructions from our Customer Service Desk area to handle your return.  All returns must be pre-authorized by phone for online and phone in/shipped orders.

 

Consultation Information:

 

Natural Solutions offers bridal practice consultations, daily make-unders, and color consultations.  Appointments are recommended as we have specific consultants that are available just for this service.  If however, you are just seeking the right foundation and don't know what shade to get, please come anytime.  We have an easy color match system that can make personal shopping more enjoyable.

 

Service Guarantees:

 

TheSalon at Natural Solutions prides itself on exceptional services and quality customer care. If for some reason you as a client have a complaint or are not satisfied with a service, TheSalon at Natural Solutions corporate and client policies will help you.

.

If you have a service completed and are not satisfied please notify the check out Front Desk coordinator and fill out a client complaint form immediately. A manager will come speak to you if available. If not available at that time, he/she will contact you within 48 hours to talk to you about your complaint. Complaints are not handled thru instant messaging, emails or out of office correspondence.

 

If a service has been provided, payment will be expected in full at that time.

 

TheSalon at Natural Solutions will only allow 3 days after a unsatisfactory service for a client to call back to talk to the General Manager about a service if not satisfied in order to hear the complaint and come to a resolution.

 

TheSalon at Natural Solutions will only issue store credit or ‘like’ gift certificate amount for any services/products TheSalon at Natural Solutions feels is deserving of a refund. TheSalon at Natural Solutions reserves the right to enforce corporate policies and make the decision of whether a refund or GC should be issued due to unsatisfactory service.

 

Hair Department Services:

For hair services, TheSalon at Natural Solutions does require the client to come in (within 3 days) so the Hair Department manager and General Manager can see the hair physically. As a company we require to see the hair condition ourselves. We will not make a Re-Do scheduled appointment or commitment to any compensation simply over the phone.

 

If TheSalon at Natural Solutions does agree an unsatisfactory service has been performed, TheSalon at Natural Solutions will offer a Re-Do with the same Stylist. If this is not possible, the Hair Department Manager (Senior Master Stylist) or another licensed Stylist will re-do the service at no cost to the client. The original service will not be refunded since we are Re-Doing the original service. If you as a client do not show up for the scheduled Re-Do service, TheSalon at Natural Solutions will assume you are happy with the original service and have a high satisfaction level.

 

TheSalon at Natural Solutions policy is to Re-Do the hair service because we take pride in our reputation and want to prove we can make mistakes but also correct them to your (paid client) satisfaction.

 

TheSalon at Natural Solutions will only give store credit for any refunds that would be justified or approved by corporate policies. TheSalon at Natural Solutions does not give cash, check or credit card refunds for any reason for any services. We will fix the complaint to the clients and TheSalon at Natural Solutions satisfaction. TheSalon at Natural Solutions will always make a good faith effort to make sure you, as a client are happy and satisfied under reasonable circumstances.

 

Skin, Nail and Makeup Services:

TheSalon at Natural Solutions does require the client to come in so we as a company can talk to you in person to see the condition of the complaint ourselves. We will not make commitments or refunds simply over the phone.

 

If TheSalon at Natural Solutions does agree and decides an unsatisfactory service has been performed, TheSalon at Natural Solutions will offer a gift certificate or same service to show good faith at no cost. The original service will not be refunded. TheSalon at Natural Solutions will not give cash, check or credit card refunds for any reason for any services. We will fix the complaint to the clients and TheSalon at Natural Solutions satisfaction. The original complaint holder must use any refund GC. It cannot be redeemed by a friend or gifted to anyone else.
